Are you a clinical leader looking for a sea-change (or tree-change) to a historic, friendly township?We are currently seeking a dedicated Clinical Care Manager to lead the care team at our home in the Hunter region.

The Role

You will hold clinical leadership responsibility for high-quality care delivery, planning, and governance. Key duties include:

• Leading Clinical Excellence: Overseeing medical, dementia, and restorative care.

• Team Leadership: Supervising and mentoring nursing and care staff to foster an inclusive culture.

• Compliance & Quality: Managing the clinical governance framework and quality improvement cycles.

• Strategic Support: Partnering with the Facility Manager on labor cost-management and community engagement.

About You

We are looking for a registered professional who balances clinical expertise with commercial acumen.

• Registration: Current AHPRA registration is mandatory.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years exp as a Clincial Care Manager.

• Governance: Experinced in regulatory compliance and budget management.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, empathy, and the ability to motivate teams.
